1. Are your earrings lightweight?

Yes. At Meeturstyle, our earrings are designed to be stylish, premium, and comfortable for all-day wear without causing pain or discomfort.

2. Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Most of our earrings are made with skin-friendly materials. However, if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend checking the product description before purchasing.

3. How do I place an order?

You can browse your favorite earrings, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete payment through our secure Shopify checkout.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other payment options available at checkout via Shopify.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or until it has been dispatched — whichever is earlier. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, except in cases of manufacturing defects proven through a clear, continuous opening video.

8. When will I get a refund?

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after deduction of shipping charges.

9. What if my package arrives damaged?

Please write “Received Damaged” on the delivery receipt with the courier, keep the original packaging, and share a continuous opening video within 48 hours.

10. Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we currently ship across most locations in India. Delivery availability will be shown at checkout.

11. Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes can be made only before dispatch. Once shipped, changes are not possible.

13. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD). A non-refundable COD charge of ₹100 is applicable on all COD orders.
