We aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

📦 You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch
  • Delivery time may vary based on location, courier partner, and external factors (weather, delays, etc.)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address

⚠️ In case of refunds, shipping charges are non-refundable


4. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted third-party courier partners.

👉 Once your order is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are beyond our direct control.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times

If delivery fails after these attempts or the order is refused:

👉 The order may be returned to us and no refund will be applicable


6. Damaged or Lost Shipment

If your package appears damaged:

  • Mark “Received Damaged” while accepting the delivery
  • Retain all packaging (box, tags, invoice, labels)

📩 Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A continuous opening video
  • Clear images (if needed)

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct

If the order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete details:

👉 Reshipping charges may apply
