We aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
📦 You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch
- Delivery time may vary based on location, courier partner, and external factors (weather, delays, etc.)
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
⚠️ In case of refunds, shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Courier Partners
We ship through trusted third-party courier partners.
👉 Once your order is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are beyond our direct control.
5. Delivery Attempts
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
If delivery fails after these attempts or the order is refused:
👉 The order may be returned to us and no refund will be applicable
6. Damaged or Lost Shipment
If your package appears damaged:
- Mark “Received Damaged” while accepting the delivery
- Retain all packaging (box, tags, invoice, labels)
📩 Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A continuous opening video
- Clear images (if needed)
7. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your address and contact details are correct
If the order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete details:
