Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Meeturstyle
We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed on our website, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore:
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Return & Replacement Policy
- At Meeturstyle, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received is proven to be defective.

Important – No Return Policy (Hygiene & Safety):
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects proven through a valid opening video. - A return or replacement will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- You must have a clear, continuous opening video of the product package.
- The video should start before the package is opened and continue without any breaks or edits.
- The video must clearly show the defect in the product.
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept any return or replacement request.
3. Refund Policy
- A refund will be issued only in the following cases:
- The product is confirmed to be defective after reviewing the opening video.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- Refunds are NOT available in the following scenarios:
- If our shipping agency makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts, or
- If the recipient refuses to accept the package at the time of delivery.
- Once your claim is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after deduction of applicable shipping charges within 5–7 business days**.
- Alternatively, we may offer a replacement (redispatch) of a new product, depending on your preference and product availability.
- If the product is damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling after delivery, no refund or replacement will be provided.
4. Redispatch (Replacement) Policy
- If your product is approved as defective based on the opening video, we will:
- Either redispatch a new product at no extra cost, or
- Process a full refund, based on your choice and stock availability.

Important – Damaged Package Protocol:
In the event of a damaged package, kindly retain the original packaging (including price tags, invoices, and labels) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please write “Received Damaged” on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
